swear to god, a bit of cinnamon oil from the health food or gourmet store rubbed into your lips works awesome...it can make you a bit puckery so try not to get it inside your mouth...lol...


Cinnamon Oil is not very expensive and will last for a long time...plus, you can wear it under what ever lipstick you like...What is the best product for plumping up your lips?

Keep your lips moisturized by frequently applying chapstick, lip balm, etc....the more moisturized they are, the poutier they will look. Other than that, I don't see any other way unless you're considering surgical procedures. You can also try applying a lip liner a bit above your natural lip line, and make sure the color is as close to your natural lip color - it will make your lips look instantly bigger.
