i like to apply vaseline on my anus and my coinpurse region. sometimes it gets dry in there. i hope this answer relates to your question. =)
Depends on which lips you're asking about......lol! With this coldish dry weather I get very dry mouth lips, so prefer to use a herbal lip balm. As for the other type of lips.......not giving away my secrets! You asked an ambiguous question.......thanks for the laugh! :))
