I've just fixed what carmex did with chapstick moisturizer and a bit after, they're grey/white and dry...My lips are grey/white and a little dry...what's wrong? Is it serious?

Maybe they're just chapped or dry. I read on a website that if you brush your lips with a soft bristled tooth brush, it will remove dead skin cells and make your lips softer and smoother. After you do it, they will tingle a little, but that just means that it's working. I tried it and it seemed to work out good! I'm not sure if this will help your lips, but I don't know what else you can do! Hope I helped!
