If its in the corners of your mouth its prob just saliva that dried up there.. jsut wipe it off. It could be bacteria, too. I was sick one time and had to sleep with my mouth slightly open (i had stuffy nose) and i woke up with that goo, it was gross. idk what that is.. but i think it might be an infection and you should get it checked out by a doctor.
