do you have a lip stud in? usually contact dermatitis is caused by a sensitive substance such as chromium,nickel other metals; or cosmetic materials, remove article or cause of irritation. if it does not go back to normal see a doctor for some cream or lotion to apply.I had contact dermatitis on my lips now there black is that a concern?
I'd have it checked..or look it up in the internet.
