Shes 3 days old, and her lips looked all chapped but its dried breast milk on her lips after she spits my boob out. Its build on so thick it makes it hard to clean off any suggestions? Her lips the milk looks bad?

Do NOT put vasaline on her lips!

Vasaline is not good..especially if it is ingested.
Wipe it off with a warm wash cloth.
Put some vasaline on it - thin layer - this will make it easier to clean.
Careful, these could be blisters too! Babies often get blisters on their lips from prologned sucking. They are apparently painless and need no care. My 7 month old still has them off and on.
But if it is dried milk. A nice warm compress and a soft cloth should do the trick.
just a wet flannel or wet a bit of towel and wipe it off,it wont hurt her the material from the towel or flannel should get it off.
