maybe they have some problems wt blood circulation or they just moke to much or thats just how they r.....
that happened to me but they turned pink again

it may be due to health problems or if its all normal then its due to wetting your lips always with saliva..saliva turns them black..and even Vaseline turns them black...to regain back ur pink lips apply solution of honey n lemon juice and massage ur lips..that il do good
due to any injury the flow of blood may get blocked
then they rot there and turn black (it can also be slimy green or purple)
