I was having a real rough time trying to get these things on. They're expensive--luckily mine were samples-- but how on earth do I get these things on?White Strips stick to my lips and mouth.. how do I put them on?
I agree with you about the over-the-counter strips. I was given samples in my dental office to try them and found them to have just too much gel and they don't fit right unless you have perfectly sized teeth and gums for the strips. I tried samples from a few of those companies and with similar results.
Maybe I am spoiled because I have the professionally made bleaching trays. Because these have been custom made to fit me, there is no excess on the gums and I can regulate how much gel I am using on them. They are very comfortable and I can even talk on the phone with them in.
I know this sounds like an advertisement to go to the dentist to get it done professionally. I really don't mean it that way. It's just that the bleaching strips honestly aren't sized to fit everyone. I have even discussed this issue with the Crest representative when he came to our office. His answer was just use only top ones and waste the bottom ones. That means you have to buy twice as many!
I'm not sure I really answered ';how you can put them on';. I think the answer is that maybe you can't.
