Its her real lips! I've seen pictures of her from her childhood and in her teen years, and they have always been like that. Her daughter, Shiloh, also has plum lips too. So I guess its heriditary.Does Angelina Jolie have naturally plump lips or did she have injections?
It's natural, but I've heard somewhere that she used to take boxing and so it probably helped a little to make them bigger. but other that that is all natural :]
