Is there a difference b/t having small lips and thin lips?

can you have lips that are small but not thin? Is there a difference b/t having small lips and thin lips?
Yes you can. Small lips will be small all around while thin lips refers to the width of the lips, how full they are. These are thin lips that are not small: http://www.permanentcosmeticsint.com/ima鈥?/a>

They are full lips but small in proportion to their face

If people say ';small lips'; meaning thin lips they're saying it incorrectly...Is there a difference b/t having small lips and thin lips?
Small is shorter in lenght but can be full, but thin can be long or short.

you can have a small mouth and full lips but i'm pretty sure having small lips and thin lips are the same.
Yes because small lips are shorter than big lips, but thin lips can be long.
