How do you get fuller lips?

i have full lips on the bottom, but not so much on top, and whenever i put on lipgloss or lipstick, i think it looks awkward, is there any way i can get fuller lips? thank you for your suggestions. =]How do you get fuller lips?
im a guy so i dont do this stuff, but i read in my Girlfriends cosmo that Angelina Jolie uses cinamon oil, it makes more blood flow into your lips, making them bigger and more redHow do you get fuller lips?
Try outlining your top lip (with a pencil closest to your natural lip color) on the very outside of your natural lip line (not above it) and then outine your bottom lip on the very inside of your lip line. Apply a small amount of lip gloss so that they don't look gooey, just natural.

line ur lips with a lip liner sometimes with liner u can make ur lips bigger and more fuller also try a wet glossy high lipstick and have fun with coulours also a lip stain would work as well something that stays on ur lips all day that comes with a special gloss that plumps up ur lips give that a try and hope it helps

There are special gloss and balm. There are alot of lip plumper out there. There are some that aren't gloss too. Follow the site below. Search for all duwop items on the page.
Just walk around with puckered lips...that usually seems to work. OR you could buy the lip plumper lipglosses. I'm not sure if they truely work or not because I have naturally full lips, but you could give it a shot.
You can get lip plumping gloss that really works well google it - im not sure of the brand but im sure the regular types that you can get at any department store would have something equivalent.

gloss from victoria secret plumps lips. Apply that in top to get fuller lips, and regular lip gloss on the bottom so there even.

try lip plumper. lip plumper is a kind of lip gloss that makes your lips appear bigger, but when you put it on, it kind of stings
go to victoria secret. they have this lipgloss with stuff in it to enlarge your lips...its only 20 bucks.
get a lip plumper (victoria's secret or bath and body works have nice ones) and only use it on your top lip
Get lip plumper and put it on the top. You will have to do it quite often though
im not sure...have you tried a lip plumper? they are supposed to make your lips bigger. try putting it on just the top
