I was chatting with this guy at lunch and he was watching my lips then when he looked me in the eyes it seemed quite stare-y as well. Creepy guy/did I have something in my teeth (I'm pretty sure I didn't!) or what?

I'm pretty sure that he wants to kiss you, or perhaps expects that he is going to be kissed/ will kiss. i know im not a guy lol but it usually means they want to kiss u, if they do it constantly and intensely then they REALLY want to do it right then and there but r holding themselves back
It doesn't generally mean anything. He could just like you.
