i know you wont wanna hear this but couple of years ago , me and a mate went to get our lips pierced, i got scared and didnt go though with it, but she did! nearly 3 years later shes gutted, and im sooo pleased i didnt do it, its awesome to begin with, but when you want to go to work and have to take it out and have a hole in your face it isnt nice!
Without parental consent its 18, with it's about 15. The price depends on the shop.
