for allready chapped lips use polysporin, or any healing antibiotic ointment. To keep them nice n soft use vaseline(cheapest) or lip balm/chapstick.
um moisturiser, lip balm,dont lick em all the time . avoid sunsreen till there better
Mix oil with sugar and scrub softly let it sit for a minute and gently massage away the dead skin. Dry them off then rub carmex or sumthin on them.
Get some Carmex. It works wonders.

put petroleum jelly
Put olive oil on your lips - and all over you skin if you want. It is an excellent moisturizer.
