Why does Black peoeple have full lips, and white people dont?

Just genetics I guess. All cultures have their different traits, and black people having larger lips than white people is just one of them. Just like asians have smaller slit-shaped eyes, everyones got their differentiating characteristics.

Mostly, it is based on genetics, it doesn't have anything to do with race because traits and features aren't exclusive to just one race. There are a lot of Caucasian, Hispanic, and Asian women who have full lips as well, while some black people have thin lips. It just depends on your particular genetics not race.
My best bet would be on Genetics. You know passed down from generation, to generation....

Ask God. I don't know. Some white people do have full lips and I have seen some black people whose lips weren't all that full. Does it matter, really?
