I use lip liner and Sally Hansen lip infinity over the top, Its true that some lip liners look ';fake'; but I actually don't care! I use a neutral sort of light brown shade and go just outside of my natural lip line, then use a lipstick that somewhat matches the liner or is a little lighter, then puff on some translucent powder, dust it off, use the liner again and finish up with the gloss.I have very thin lips. lots of lipglosses claim to do this. only the REALLY expensive ones work. they also taste nasty and hurt a little but they do work. i tried on my mums and they puffed up loads. careful applying it tho, i didnt put it on evenly so one side was a little bigger than the other. lol.





it doesnt make a massive difference, but its definately noticable. any of those ones over 拢20 would work.
buy a lip liner pencil that's a tad darker than the usual lipstick that you wear, and outline your lips with that pencil, make your lips a ';tad'; larger (don't overdo them though). Check yourself out in the mirror. When there is the need to have attractive lips, i.e. when a person is 18, then you can cosmetically get them enlarged, or even have them turn up at the ends for a permanent smile, etc.

Says to brush your lips with a toothbrush first, to get the dead skin off them, then use this. You won't be Angelina Jolie, but it works.
try lining a little bit closer to the edge of your lips. high pigmented sparkly gloss makes your lips bigger too. try outling then filling in with lipstick then adding shimmery glosss. you can also try du wops lip venom. its available at sephora. its kinda cinnamon ish so the tingling sensation leaves your lips kinda red and a bit fuller just like your lips reaction to hot peppers.
i suggest first using a lipliner to define your lips then pick a lipstick that's a shade darker than your lip liner to fill in your lips then use a lip pumping gloss from sephora
