Vaseline everyday once i would say .. I am not a doctor but be careful using some chap sticks cause on the news it had said some make the sun actually hit them more and can cause skin cancer. That is of course if your in sun all the time wearing it too .
you can prevent them from staying hydrated.
when it is cold, try not to lick your lips and keep them dry. some lip glosses have mostirzers in them.

i pot vaseline on mine everynite and and chapstick on evry morning!and if you want some make up on then put on the vaseline and put lipgloss,etc over it and it helps it go on more smoothly!
