Sometimes, there are different lips for difference faces and eyes. However, if you like the face you have, and want to change the lips, you could try changing the expression on your avatar's face, and see if it fits your liking. Good luck!
i dont think you can ive been wanting to do that and i searched for at least an hour and couldnt find anything i dont think you would be able to change the lips if you cant even change the shoes hope i helped:)

yes you can go to the top of the page and press more then a whole list of stuff will come up under the a's there is avatars click that and you can change anything!
