Also, buy some white eyeliner (pencil) and put a little white smudge in the ';v'; of your upper lip, it makes them look much fuller and you can do that even when you wear just chapstick to make them look nice and full!
Hey its' you again. I read on yahoo answers to use cinnamon oil from the natural food store. that's what they put in the plumping stuff. Also, you could use lip liner, kind of stretching your upper lip line by applying it slightly above your upper lip.
