kissing lips isn't to sexual, depends on how u kiss her, the body, is getting sexual, it not sex but she could easily take it as you want to have sex with her. I would stay to just the lips. if she want to take it to that level talk to her and tell her your not ready to do thing like that yet, or you want to wait longer.
