I think thick lips that are fake are ugly. But if someone has naturally thick lips, good for them! Full lips are pretty, but any lips are beautiful if they frame a smile. :D

i like full lips, what i don't like is when they are really thick along with a really wide nose and small eyes. i makes me wonder how they could kiss with lips that big and the nose in the way. proportion is great though.

i have nice thick lips too but i dont think there ugly unless you've had surgery for them to be that way.
